Our Chilled Frizzante

At The Art of Bubbles, we take our bubbles seriously. We’re all about serving up the finest chilled Frizzante on tap from our prosecco van.

Our bubbles are carefully selected and must contain 100% Glera grape. This white grape variety was brought to the village of Prosecco from Slovenia centuries ago. And while the Prosecco name now extends beyond its village origins, it’s still here where it all began. Our Frizzante comes straight from the heart of the Prosecco region, with barrels sourced from Conegliano, just 136 kilometres from the historic village. Conegliano, by the way, proudly calls itself the “Land of Bubbles”—and for good reason! The region has been crafting sparkling wines for generations, and we’re thrilled to be a part of that tradition.

Currently, our prosecco van bubbles come from the family-run Le Contesse winery, which has been producing top-notch sparkling wines since 1976. Their Frizzante is a delightful, fruity, and crisp option that’s perfect for any occasion. With an ABV of 10.5%, it offers just the right amount of sparkle for any drink’s reception. Each barrel of Frizzante we tap serves about 160 glasses of fabulous fresh Fizz. And if you prefer your bubbles in a bottle, we’ve got you covered with chilled Prosecco DOC or DOCG, or a selection of wines served by the bottle.

A Little Sparkling Legal Note: Here’s a quirky fact about Prosecco law: Italian regulations require us to call our bubbles on tap “Frizzante” because they’re not in a bottle. But don’t worry, we’re still serving you the same 100% Glera grape goodness, whether it’s from the barrel or the bottle. We proudly comply with the 2009 EU directive that ensures Prosecco’s origins remain authentic and true to its roots.

So, next time you’re in the mood for some bubbly, you know that The Art of Bubbles has your perfect glass waiting—whether it’s on tap or bottled, it’s always the real deal! Cheers!
