Once you are happy with your selected package and your date availability is confirmed, we require a non-refundable booking fee. We will issue you with an invoice for the full amount with the remaining balance due two weeks before your event.

Nothing, we will be in contact with you in the weeks prior to your event to ensure you are all set for your special occasion. But please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.

Unfortunately, you will lose your booking fee and no other charges will apply.

All we need is a plug socket, both for our prosecco van and mobile bar setup.

We would normally arrive two hours before any event. This allows us time to have everything in order for you and your guests. More importantly this gives ample time for your drinks to be perfectly chilled. We are normally packed up and ready to go within an hour of service hire finishing.

Of course, we give you the option of glass or polycarbonate plastic Prosecco flutes.

While breakages at any event are unavoidable, excessive breakages will be charged at €2 per glass.

We currently do not offer seating as part of our service; we do provide standing tables for resting glasses for all our packages.

We will ensure the area designated to us is left clean and tidy.

We will make every effort to help you sample the product.

Chances are you will, however we will find some solution if you don’t finish a barrel.

There are approx. 160 glasses of Frizzante in a barrel. We would normally allow 2 to 3 glasses of wastage. It is also worth noting that using our cocktail mixers will increase the number of glasses of Fizz per barrel.

Of course, we would be only too happy to go through the wine options available.

Keep calm, we always bring an extra keg as well as bottled Prosecco to every event.

As we are a premium supplier we are licenced and carry full public liability insurance for all our events. Both these licences are a requirement to work in Irish hotels and venues.

Yes, we are licensed to sell beer and this is now a major part of our mobile bar service. We do not offer beer with some of our prosecco van bookings as some establishments will not let us serve prosecco & beer together. For private venues there is no problem serving prosecco & bottled beer.

Our trained bar staff carry out the function of serving drinks and collecting glasses.We can provide additional waiting staff if required.

What you see is what you get, we don’t like hidden charges and believe our clients wouldn’t either.

If our prosecco fizz bar van is not pre-booked it is available for photo shoots or other commercial ventures throughout Ireland.

We are fully licensed and carry the required public liability indemnity for City Hall Dublin and indeed for every event where we serve alcohol.

We would recommend you get in touch once you have made the decision to have us at your event. Availability changes on a daily basis and we have booking two years in advance for our mobile bar service.Due to the volume of inquiries, we receive, we do not record information on pricing and availability inquiries and we will only secure a date on receipt of a booking fee payment.
